The isostatic pressing forming process for the recrystallized silicon carbide product comprises the following steps: mixing, by weight, 70-85 parts of silicon carbide granular sand, 15-30 parts of silicon carbide micro powder and 0.7-2 parts of an adhesive; bagging and sealing the mixture; carrying out isostatic compaction on the mixture under the pressure of 175-240 MPa to obtain a biscuit; carrying out pressure maintaining on the biscuit for 120-170 s to obtain a green body; and carrying out pressure relief, uncovering and taking out, workblank machining and sintering on the green body to obtain the recrystallized silicon carbide product. The granular sand and micro powder added into the prepared silicon carbide product biscuit are uniformly distributed and tightly combined, the densified biscuit and particles are tightly contacted and are easy to sinter, the density of the sintered product is high, and the performance and additional value of the recrystallized silicon carbide product are high.
