The two ends of the third friction plate abut against the partition plate and the side wall, close to the second cavity, of the frame correspondingly, one end of the second friction plate penetrates through the partition plate and is in sliding connection with the first friction plate through two check blocks, a disc spring is arranged between the two check blocks, and a disc spring is arranged between the third friction plate and the frame. Graded friction energy consumption is conducted on large and small displacement of a building in a targeted mode, the self-resetting function is achieved all the time under the large and small displacement, complete resetting can be achieved more easily when the building is large in displacement and under the condition that energy consumption of a damper is large, and therefore residual deformation of the building does not exist.
