DIRECTIONAL CORING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR CORING USING IT
The present invention relates to a directional coring machine and a method for coring using the same. One embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a plate-shaped lower base disposed on the ground surface; a cylindrical column shaft vertically disposed on a portion of an upper surface of the lower base; an upper base spaced apart from the lower base in a predetermined distance, and disposed on top of the lower base; a fixing part disposed on an upper surface of the upper base, where a workpiece may be fixated on the upper surface of the upper base; an angle adjustment part disposed between the lower base and the upper base; a moving body coupled through to the column shaft, disposed on top of the upper base, and capable of vertically moving up and down; and a core bit installed in a predetermined position on a bottom of the moving body. According to the present invention, one embodiment of the present invention is capable of angle adjusting the upper base of the coring machine using tilting part. A coring direction of the workpiece can be adjusted by angle adjusting the upper base, depending on the intention of a user. In addition, there is an advantage that the user′s safety is guaranteed as therein no need for any additional machine (e.g., a rack support) to be used to adjust the coring direction.
본 발명은 방향성 코어링기 및 이를 이용한 코어링 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예는 지표면에 배치되는 플레이트 형태의 하부 베이스, 상기 하부 베이스의 상면 일부분에 수직으로 배치되는 원통형의 기둥축, 상기 하부 베이스와 소정 거리 이격되어 상기 하부 베이스의 상부에 배치되는 상부 베이스, 상기 상부 베이스의 상면에 배치되어 상기 상부 베이스 상면에 올려진 피가공물을 고정할 수 있는 고정부, 상기 하부 베이스와 상기 상부 베이스 사이에 배치되는 각도조절부, 상기 기둥축에 관통 결합되어 상기 상부 베이스의 상부에 배치되고 상하 수직으로 이동하는 이송 본체 및 상기 이송 본체의 하부에 기 설정된 위치에 설치되는 코어비트를 포함할 수 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 본 발명의 일실시예는 틸팅부를 이용해서 코어링기의 상부 베이스의 각도 조절이 가능하다. 상부 베이스의 각도 조절을 통해서 피가공물이 코어링되는 방향을 사용자의 의사에 따라 조절할 수가 있다. 그리고 사용자는 코어링되는 방향을 조절하기 위해서 추가적인 장비(예를 들어 암석 받침)를 사용하지 않아도 되므로 사용자의 안전이 보장되는 장점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a directional coring machine and a method for coring using the same.
