According to the superfine tailings instantaneous thermosetting granulation high-concentration filling system and method, only graded fine tailings in superfine tailings are granulated, the overall particle size of the mixed tailings is remarkably increased, the concentration of filling slurry is remarkably increased under the condition that the fluidity of the filling slurry is not changed, and compared with traditional full-size-fraction tailings granulation, the particle size of the mixed tailings is remarkably increased; the granulation efficiency is obviously improved, and the granulation cost is reduced; graded fine tailings granulated particles and graded coarse tailings are mixed to prepare filling slurry, the supporting effect of the graded coarse tailings is fully utilized, granulated particle sedimentation is remarkably reduced, the stacking density is improved, and meanwhile the strength of a filling body is improved; by utilizing the instantaneous high temperature generated by microwaves and the thermophilic characteristic of the slag-based cementing material, the granulated particles are cured in a short time and obtain higher strength, so that the aim of instantaneous high-strength thermocuring is fulfilled; the method has the characteristics of high filling slurry preparation efficiency, low energy consumption, flexible equipment arrangement and easiness in concentration, and can effectively solve the problems of low superfine tailing filling concentration, large cementing material consumption, high filling cost and the like.
