According to the active exciting agent disclosed by the invention, the gas content of the ferronickel slag can be increased, the grindability of the ferronickel slag is improved and the activity of the ferronickel slag is greatly improved through activity excitation among the components of the ferronickel slag in the active exciting agent; the resource utilization of the sludge is realized, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
