Ferronickel slag active composition and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a ferronickel slag active composition. The ferronickel slag active composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-45 parts of ferronickel slag, 20-35 parts of water-quenched slag, 10-15 parts of fly ash and 5-10 parts of auxiliary agents; and the other auxiliary agents comprise the following components in parts by mass: 3-5 parts of sodium sulfate, 2-4parts of sodium bicarbonate, 1-1.5 parts of oxalic acid and 0.01-2 part of a grinding aid. Wherein the grinding aid can be selected from one or a combination of urea, diglyceride, sorbitan ester of fatty acid and siloxane, or one or a combination of molybdenum disulfide, aluminum titanate and boron carbide. Compared with the prior art, the composition provided by the invention has an obvious effect of improving the activity and stability of the ferronickel slag. And the strength is obviously improved while the saline-alkali corrosion resistance of the concrete is not damaged.
本发明涉及一种镍铁渣活性组合物,其配方组成中各组份质量份为:镍钢渣30‑45、水淬矿渣20‑35、粉煤灰10‑15、其他助剂5~10;所述其他助剂的组成以及助剂组成中各质量份配比为:硫酸钠3‑5、碳酸氢钠2‑4、草酸1‑1.5、助磨剂0.01‑2。其中,助磨剂可选自尿素、甘油二酯、脂肪酸的脱水山梨糖酯、硅氧烷一种或其组合或者二硫化钼、钛酸铝、碳化硼一种或其组合。本发明相对于现有技术中,其组合物对镍铁渣的活性及稳定性提高的效果明显。在不损害混凝土耐盐碱腐蚀性能的同时,其强度也得到了明显的提升。
