High-specific-gravity bridge counterweight concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides high-specific-gravity bridge counterweight concrete. The high-specific-gravity bridge counterweight concrete is prepared from cement, matte iron, recycled slag-containing iron particles, gilding powder and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing cement and matte iron to obtain a cementing material; (2) recycled slag-containing iron particles, gilding powder and part of the gilding material obtained in the step (1) are mixed and stirred, then water and the remaining gilding material obtained in the step (1) are added, stirring is conducted, and mixed slurry is obtained; (3) injecting the mixed slurry obtained in the step (2) into a mold, and vibrating and compacting to obtain a concrete test block; and (4) curing the concrete test block obtained in the step (3) along with the mold. The prepared counterweight concrete is good in compressive strength and large in apparent density.
