Concrete for vehicle counterweight and preparation method thereof

The concrete for the vehicle counterweight is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 15 parts of cement, 5 to 8 parts of barite, 2 to 4 parts of quartz sand, 3 to 5 parts of wear-resistant filler, 1 to 3 parts of modified phenolic resin, 0.5 to 1 part of maleated rosin, 0.1 to 0.3 part of water reducing agent and 15 to 20 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and dry-stirring the cement and the wear-resistant filler for 2-5 minutes, adding the water and the water reducing agent, continuously stirring to form slurry, adding the modified phenolic resin and the maleated rosin, stirring for 3-5 minutes, adding the quartz sand and the barite, and continuously stirring uniformly. The composition provided by the invention can be used for vehicle counterweight, and has the advantages of high density and good durability.
