The plant material concrete comprises a concrete body and a protective layer coated on the surface of the concrete body, the protective layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2-8% of inorganic pigment; 30-35% of acrylic resin; 4 to 10% of polycarbonate diol; the balance is a diluent; the concrete body comprises a PCE modified MOC cementing material and standard sand; the MOC cementing material is prepared from light calcined MgO, MgCl2. 6H2O and water; the addition amount of the PCE is 0.3-1.2% of the weight of the MOC cementing material; the concrete body further comprises wood chips; the wood chips are used for replacing part or all of the standard sand in volume. The water resistance of the plant material concrete can be improved, and meanwhile it is guaranteed that the plant material concrete has the good mechanical property.
