The invention relates to a high-interface bonding low-carbon refractory material based on silicon-magnesium nitride and a preparation method of the high-interface bonding low-carbon refractory material. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing aluminum powder, magnesium silicon nitride powder and fused white corundum fine powder, adding polyvinyl butyral, stirring, putting into a tubular furnace, and keeping the temperature in a nitrogen atmosphere at 600-700 DEG C to prepare composite powder; adding phenolic resin into alcohol, stirring to obtain a mixture I, adding the composite powder into the mixture I in 1-4 times, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a mixture II; then under the stirring condition, sequentially adding fused white corundum particles, the mixture II, crystalline flake graphite and aluminum powder, stirring, carrying out compression molding, and curing; and putting the mixture into a high-temperature tube furnace after curing, preserving heat at 1200-1500 DEG C in a nitrogen atmosphere, cooling to 800-1100 DEG C, and preserving heat to prepare the strong interface bonding low-carbon refractory material based on the silicon-magnesium nitride-containing material. The process is simple, the production period is short, the synthesis temperature is low, and the prepared product is uniform in ceramic phase distribution, high in interface bonding strength and excellent in mechanical property.
本发明涉及一种基于含氮化硅镁的强界面结合低碳耐火材料及其制备方法。其技术方案是:将铝粉、氮化硅镁粉体和电熔白刚玉细粉混合,加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,搅拌,置于管式炉中,在氮气气氛和600~700℃条件下保温,制得复合粉体。将酚醛树脂加入酒精中搅拌,得混合物I,再将复合粉体分1~4次加入混合物I中,超声分散,得到混合物II。然后在搅拌条件下,依次加入电熔白刚玉颗粒、混合物II、鳞片石墨和铝粉,搅拌,压制成型,固化;固化后置于高温管式炉中,在氮气气氛中,于1200~1500℃保温,冷却至800~1100℃,保温,制得基于含氮化硅镁的强界面结合低碳耐火材料。本发明工艺简单、生产周期短和合成温度低,所制制品陶瓷相分布均匀、界面结合强度高和力学性能优异。
