Zirconium oxide-based thermal shock resistant and salt spray corrosion resistant coating
The invention belongs to the field of coatings, and particularly relates to a zirconia-based thermal shock resistant and salt spray corrosion resistant coating. Powder adopted by the coating is zirconia-based powder; mixing the zirconia-based powder with an adhesive to prepare a sol solution; the adhesive is one or more of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, zirconium sol, silica sol and aluminum sol; the mass ratio of the zirconium oxide-based powder to the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate to the zirconium sol to the silica sol to the aluminum sol is 1: (0-1): (0-1): (0-1): (0-1); dipping a sample with a bonding layer and a thermal barrier coating into the sol solution or uniformly brushing the sol solution on the surface of the sample, detecting by using a coating thickness gauge, and drying and thermally treating the sample with the coating after fully dipping or brushing. The material has good thermal shock resistance and salt spray corrosion resistance under the condition of high temperature; the salt spray corrosion resistance and the thermal shock resistance of the coating are effectively improved, so that the service life of the coating is remarkably prolonged.
本发明属于涂层领域,具体涉及一种氧化锆基抗热冲击和抗盐雾腐蚀的涂层。涂层所采用的粉体为氧化锆基粉体;氧化锆基粉体与粘接剂混合后制成溶胶溶液;所述的粘接剂为磷酸二氢铝、锆溶胶、硅溶胶及铝溶胶中的一种或多种;氧化锆基粉体与磷酸二氢铝、锆溶胶、硅溶胶及铝溶胶的质量比为1:0~1:0~1:0~1:0~1;将带有粘结层及热障涂层的试样浸渍到所述的溶胶溶液中或将溶胶溶液均匀的刷涂在试样表面并使用涂层测厚仪进行检测,在充分浸渍或刷涂后对带有涂层的试样进行烘干热处理。本发明提在高温条件下具有较好的抗热冲击及抗盐雾腐蚀;有效的提高了涂层的抗盐雾腐蚀性及抗热冲击性能,从而显著提升涂层的服役寿命。
