The invention discloses a modified carbon fiber, a preparation method thereof and a cement-based anode material containing the modified carbon fiber, and belongs to the technical field of steel bar anticorrosive materials. The preparation method of the modified carbon fiber provided by the invention comprises the following steps: placing degummed carbon fiber in a mixed solution of dopamine and tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane for reaction, washing and drying to obtain polydopamine-coated carbon fiber; and electroplating in a copper ion electroplating solution by taking the polydopamine coated carbon fiber as a cathode and a copper sheet as an anode, and washing and drying to obtain the copper ion-coated carbon fiber composite material. The modified carbon fiber provided by the invention is good in quality and few in defect, compared with the carbon fiber before modification, both the mechanical property and the electrical conductivity are improved, and the cement-based anode material prepared from the modified carbon fiber has high electrical conductivity, also has a relatively high conductive percolation threshold value, can realize long-acting electrochemical protection, and has a good application prospect.
本发明公开了一种改性碳纤维及其制备方法和含有改性碳纤维的水泥基阳极材料,属于钢筋防腐材料技术领域。本发明提供的改性碳纤维的制备方法包括如下步骤:将去胶碳纤维置于多巴胺和三(羟甲基)氨基甲烷的混合溶液中反应,洗涤干燥后得到聚多巴胺包覆的碳纤维;将所述聚多巴胺包覆的碳纤维作为阴极,以铜片为阳极,在铜离子电镀液中进行电镀,洗涤干燥后即得。本发明所提供的改性碳纤维质量良好、缺陷少,相比于改性前的碳纤维力学性能和导电性均提高,利用其制备得到的水泥基阳极材料具有高导电性,同时具有较高的导电渗流阈值,能够实现长效电化学防护,具有良好的应用前景。
