The invention discloses multifunctional portable emergency disaster relief equipment and an erecting method thereof. The emergency disaster relief equipment comprises ladder stand structure beam body units, fixing pins, a bridge deck module, insertion pipes, supporting rods, horizontal inhaul cables, stay cables, worm and gear hinge joints, a platform car and waterproof cloth. More than one section of crawling ladder structure beam body unit is inserted and fixed through fixing pins to form crawling ladder structure beam bodies with different lengths as bridge deck bearing beam bodies or vertical ladders or sliding rails; the platform car is used in cooperation with the sliding rails. The ladder stand structure beam body is combined with one or more of the bridge deck module, the insertion pipe, the supporting rod, the horizontal inhaul cable and the stay cable to be spliced to form a pedestrian bridge, a vehicle bridge, a pre-tensioning arch structure pedestrian bridge, a pre-tensioning arch structure vehicle bridge, a string structure pedestrian bridge and a string structure vehicle bridge respectively. The ladder structure beam body is combined with a worm and gear hinged joint to form a herringbone ladder or a rescue derrick and a special ladder for crossing obstacles; the ladder stand structure beam body is laterally erected on a dam and is vertically fixed by being combined with an insertion pipe, and waterproof cloth is laid on the surface to form a flood prevention retention wall. The device can be manually carried and erected, has various functions and can be combined into various forms.
