The present invention relates to a disaster relief apparatus. The disaster relief apparatus is applied to an excavator, and normally, performs relief work such as excavation. At the time of relief work in a mine buried area or a mine lost area, the apparatus simultaneously detects and removes dangerous things such as mines under the ground, thereby stably performing recovery work in a disaster area where a natural disaster in a civil war or military area occurs. The disaster relief apparatus is shaft-coupled to an arm and a push link of an excavator to rotate, and a working tool is attached to and detached from the disaster relief apparatus, to perform recovery work in a disaster area. The disaster relief apparatus comprises: an upper body which is provided with a fixing hole fixing the arm to the push link to rotate by a fixing pin; a lower body which is provided with hooks to which a front pin and a rear pin of the working tool are hooked and fixed; and an actuator which is coupled to a part of the upper body and a part of the lower body, and fixes the lower body to the upper body to rotate. The upper body includes a mine detection means for detecting mines, and an injection means which has an injection nozzle to inject liquid ink onto the ground.
본 발명은, 굴삭기에 적용되어 평상시에는, 굴착 등과 같은 구호작업을 수행하며, 지뢰매설지역 또는 지뢰망실지역에서의 구호작업시에는, 지중에 매몰된 지뢰 등과 같은 위험물을 탐지함과 동시에 제거를 할 수 있도록 되어 내전 또는 군사지역에서의 자연재해에 의한 재난지역의 복구작업을 안정적으로 수행할 수 있도록; 굴삭기의 아암과 푸시 링크에 각각 회동가능하게 축결합하며 작업공구가 탈부착되어 재난지역의 복구작업을 수행하도록 된 재난구호장치에 있어서; 상기 아암과 푸시 링크가 고정핀으로 회전가능하게 축고정하는 고정공이 각각 구비된 상부몸체와; 상기 작업공구의 전면핀과 후면핀이 각각 걸림고정되는 후크들이 구비된 하부몸체와; 상기 상부몸체의 일부위와 상기 하부몸체의 일부위가 각각 결합하되 상기 상부몸체에 대하여 상기 하부몸체를 회전가능하게 고정하는 엑추에이터를 포함하여 이루어지며; 상기 상부몸체에는, 지뢰를 탐지하도록 된 지뢰탐지수단과, 지면으로 잉크액을 분사하도록 된 분사노즐을 가지는 분사수단이 구비된 재난구호장치를 제공한다.
