By arranging the soft steel energy dissipater and the spring reset ring, under the condition that it is guaranteed that sliding of the rubber support is not limited, beam body displacement is limited, too large beam body displacement or beam falling is avoided, it can be guaranteed that the limiting damper has good self-reset capacity and energy dissipation capacity, it is guaranteed that damage to a bridge is not too large under the earthquake effect, and the service life of the bridge is prolonged. And post-earthquake structural damage is reduced.
