The invention discloses a double-C-shaped anti-seepage wall connector structure and a construction method. The construction method comprises the steps of groove wall reinforcement, guide wall construction, transverse short wall construction, first-stage anti-seepage wall construction and second-stage anti-seepage wall construction. Before first-stage and second-stage diaphragm wall construction is carried out, transverse short walls are firstly constructed; during first-stage diaphragm wall construction, longitudinal wall concrete is cut; during construction of the second-stage diaphragm wall, transverse short wall concrete and first-stage diaphragm wall concrete are cut, and finally the C-shaped connector is formed. According to the method, the transverse short wall is pre-constructed, seepage paths are remarkably increased, the split phenomenon caused by perpendicularity deviation of the wall body of the second-stage diaphragm wall is avoided, and therefore the waterproof and water stopping effects of the diaphragm wall are greatly improved.
