Novel externally-hung high-pressure air curtain steel casing and construction method
The invention provides a novel externally-hung high-pressure air curtain steel casing which comprises two steel casing bodies stacked together, a plurality of air curtain devices are arranged on the outer surfaces of the two steel casing bodies, and each air curtain device comprises two side protection steel plates fixedly connected to the side faces of the corresponding steel casing body. A plurality of adjusting type fixing pipe clamps are connected between the two side protection steel plates, sleeve valve pipes are connected among the adjusting type fixing pipe clamps, and a plurality of air outlet holes are formed in the sleeve valve pipes. The air curtain device is arranged on the peripheral side of the steel casing main body, an air curtain can be formed between the steel casing main body and the soil by conveying compressed gas to the sleeve valve pipe, the friction resistance between the steel casing main body and the soil can be reduced, and therefore the pulling-out process is simplified, and the construction efficiency is improved; the air flow of the air curtain rises on the earth surface and is sprayed out, and in combination with the existence of underground water, the soil is actually liquefied, so that the frictional resistance between the steel casing and the soil is obviously reduced.
