The invention provides a prefabricated segmented pile reinforcement cage butt joint construction method, which belongs to the technical field of pile construction, and comprises the following steps: arranging, pre-assembling and segmenting reinforcing steel bars forming a pile reinforcement cage to obtain segmented reinforcing steel bars for manufacturing the segmented pile reinforcement cage; the butt joint ends of the segmented steel bars are subjected to threading treatment, and the segmented steel bars with threads are obtained; the lower butt joint ends of the segmented reinforcing steel bars with the threads are sleeved with prefabricated sleeves matched with the threads, and segmented butt joint reinforcing steel bars are obtained; the segmented butt-joint steel bars are welded to form a prefabricated segmented pile steel bar cage after being arranged and spliced; and on the construction site, the adjacent sections of prefabricated segmented pile reinforcement cages are in butt joint through the prefabricated sleeves and the threads of the butt joint ends. The method can solve the problems that in the prior art, the efficiency is low, the construction period is long, and the method cannot be suitable for the reinforcement cage with the reinforcement diameter larger than 25 mm due to the facts that welding difficulty is large, and quality is difficult to guarantee when the segmented reinforcement cage is spliced in a lap joint welding mode on the construction site.
