The invention relates to a dry dock system for prefabricating an inland river immersed tube and a construction technology of the dry dock system, and belongs to the technical field of immersed tube tunnel construction. The dry dock system for prefabricating the inland river immersed tube comprises a dock bottom, and further comprises a supporting system, a water stopping system and a flood control system; the supporting system comprises a dock wall, a supporting protection slope on the periphery of the dock wall, a steel pipe pile wall at a dock entrance, first underground diaphragm walls at the two ends of the steel pipe pile wall and second underground diaphragm walls formed by extending the first underground diaphragm walls in the river channel direction. The water stopping system comprises a water stopping curtain, an anti-seepage wall at the dock entrance and a third underground diaphragm wall formed by extending the second underground diaphragm wall in the river channel direction. The flood control system comprises a temporary flood control cofferdam, a flood control wall and a flood control levee. According to the dry dock system, through combination of various structural forms, a reliable supporting system, a reliable water stopping system and a reliable flood control system are provided for the dry dock system, and the dry dock system can adapt to complex hydrogeological conditions, especially soft soil layers such as sludge and mucky soil which are common in inland river immersed tube tunnel engineering.
