Grouting lifting repair method for well lattice foundation
The well lattice foundation grouting lifting repairing method mainly comprises the following steps that the type of a soil body under a well lattice foundation is ascertained, the sedimentation size and position are determined, and grouting holes are designed; grouting is conducted under the well lattice foundation, and a well lattice reinforcing layer is formed; carrying out classification to form a bearing layer; lifting is conducted through grouting, so that the well lattice foundation is restored to the designed elevation; grouting filling is conducted on the void area; and mounting a tie rod and a displacement sensor. According to the method, through distribution and grouting of the grouting holes in the wall body and the column body, grouting and lifting of the well-shaped foundation are facilitated; grouting holes with different structures on the corresponding foundation are also arranged in a classified manner, so that effective forming of a well grid reinforcing layer below the well-shaped foundation is ensured; through the arrangement of the tie rods, the soil body below and all the repair layers are further reinforced, and the structural integrity in the subsequent application process is guaranteed advantageously; and through classified design of the bearing layer, convenient construction is facilitated, the bearing force of the bottom during lifting is guaranteed, and the original bearing layer is fully utilized.
本发明公开了一种井格基础注浆抬升修复方法,主要步骤如下:探明井格基础下土体类型,明确沉降大小及位置,且设计注浆孔;在井格基础下注浆,形成井格加固层;分类形成持力层;注浆进行抬升使得井格基础恢复至设计标高;对脱空区域进行注浆填充;安装拉结杆和位移传感器。本发明通过墙体和柱体下注浆孔的分布和注浆,利于对井形基础进行注浆抬升;且对应的基础上结构不同注浆孔也分类设置,由此保证了对井形基础下方井格加固层的有效成形;通过拉结杆的设置,不仅进一步加固了下方土体和各个修复层,而且利于保证后续应用时的结构整体性;通过对持力层的分类设计,利于便捷施工和保证了抬升时底部的承力且充分利用了原有持力层。
