The invention discloses a grouting, inclination rectifying and lifting method for a raft foundation building, which is characterized in that settlement monitoring points are arranged in a star shape along corresponding axes in different directions by taking a center point of the building as an original point, so that the displacement settlement condition of each point on the edge and inside of the building can be clearly reflected; the situation that the interior of the building is ignored during lifting, and consequently the raft cracks or deforms due to lifting is avoided; according to the settlement inclination condition of the building, inclined row type hole distribution is conducted, each row of lifting holes are parallel to the boundary of the main lifting area and the auxiliary lifting area, positioning of the lifting holes is more convenient, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction efficiency is improved; according to the method, the building is subjected to regional grouting lifting, the change of the displacement value of the lifting monitoring point is observed while the building is lifted, so that the overall lifting condition and effect can be more intuitively and conveniently observed when the building is lifted, the grouting lifting process is easier to control, structural damage and slurry waste caused by excessive lifting are avoided, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction quality is improved.
