Base of lattice type composite material component
The invention relates to bases of two kinds of lattice type composite material components, namely a fixed type base and a sliding type base. The fixed base comprises a mounting seat, the mounting seat comprises a cylinder and a base plate used for being fixed to the ground, the base plate is fixed to the bottom of the cylinder, a mounting hole for mounting a composite rod piece is formed in the cylinder, and the axis of the cylinder is arranged at a target angle. The sliding type base comprises an installation base which is used for being installed on the ground in a sliding mode and used for installation of composite rod pieces, a plurality of round rolling rods which are used for being arranged between the ground and the installation base, and a limiting assembly which is used for being fixed to the ground and used for limiting horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the installation base, and the axis of the installation base is arranged at a target angle. The multiple round rolling rods are horizontally arranged, the round rolling rods are perpendicular to the horizontal displacement direction of the installation base, and the limiting assembly comprises a first limiting block and a second limiting block which are oppositely arranged on the two sides of the installation base and are in an L shape. According to the base structure, the composite rod piece is mounted through the mounting base which is arranged at an angle and can horizontally slide, and the technical problem that in the prior art, a base structure cannot meet the requirement for restraining release displacement of the two ends of a lattice type composite component and cannot achieve mounting at a certain rotating angle is solved; the horizontal reaction force of the end part of the component is measured in real time through a force detector.
本发明涉及两种格构式复材构件的基座,一种是固定式的,一种是滑动式的。固定式的基座包括安装座,所述安装座包括筒体以及用于固定在地面上的基座板,所述基座板固定于所述筒体的底部,所述筒体上开设有供复材杆件安装的安装孔,所述筒体的轴线呈目标角度设置。滑动式的基座包括用于滑动安装在地面上且供复材杆件安装的安装座、用于设置在地面与该安装座之间的多根圆滚棒、用于固定在地面上且用于限位安装座的水平移位和竖向移位的限位组件,安装座的轴线呈目标角度设置,多根圆滚棒水平排列设置,且该圆滚棒与安装座水平移位方向垂直,限位组件包括相对设于安装座的两侧且呈L型的第一限位块和第二限位块。本发明通过呈角度设置且可进行水平滑动的安装座供复材杆件进行安装,解决了现有技术中的基座结构无法满足约束格构式复材构件两端释放位移并具有一定转角的安装的技术问题,通过安装座能够部分释放构件一端的水平位移,通过力检测器实时测量构件端部的水平反力。
