Cast-in-place concrete vibrating equipment and method thereof
The cast-in-place concrete vibrating equipment comprises a base, moving wheels are rotationally connected to the two ends of the outer walls of the two sides of the base through bearings, an adjusting mechanism is arranged at the top of the base, a supporting plate is fixed to one side of the adjusting mechanism, and a through opening is formed in one side of the top of the supporting plate in a penetrating mode; and a vibrating mechanism is arranged between the inner wall of the through opening and the bottom of the supporting plate, the vibrating mechanism is composed of two rotating discs, a shaft rod, a limiting plate and a vibrating rod, one sides of the two rotating discs are rotationally connected with the inner wall of the through opening through bearings, and one side of the supporting plate is connected with a second motor through a bolt. According to the concrete vibrating device, concrete adhering to the side wall of a hole can be scraped while concrete is vibrated through the vibrating mechanism, so that the concrete vibrating effect of the device is improved; and it is prevented that part of concrete adheres to the inner wall of the hole, the vibration hammer is clamped in the hole under the influence of the concrete, and the vibration effect of the concrete is affected.
本发明公开了一种灌注混凝土振捣设备及其方法,包括底座,所述底座两侧外壁的两端均通过轴承转动连接有移动轮,所述底座的顶部设置有调节机构,且调节机构的一侧固定有支撑板,所述支撑板顶部的一侧贯穿开设有通口,且通口的内壁和支撑板的底部之间设置有振捣机构,所述振捣机构由两个转盘、轴杆、限位板和振捣杆,且两个转盘的一侧与通口的内壁之间通过轴承形成转动连接,所述支撑板的一侧通过螺栓连接有第二电机。本发明通过振捣机构在对混凝土进行振捣的同时能够对粘附在孔洞侧壁的混凝土进行刮除处理,提高设备对混凝土的振捣效果,防止部分混凝土粘附在孔洞的内壁导致振捣锤在混凝土的影响下卡在孔洞的内部对混凝土的振捣效果造成影响。
