The method specifically comprises the following steps that firstly, the number of longitudinal supporting rods and the position of each longitudinal supporting rod are determined according to the range to be protected and the protection size; then, according to the design positions of the longitudinal supporting rods, the longitudinal supporting rods are supported or fixed to the ground through the supporting pieces; and then the diagonal draw bars are installed on the connecting pieces on the adjacent longitudinal supporting rods, the connecting pieces are fastened, and the supporting pieces comprise supporting plates welded to the bottoms of the longitudinal supporting rods and a plurality of reinforcing ribs welded to the sides, opposite to the supporting plates, of the longitudinal supporting rods. The construction method is matched with a building outer frame structure, a step-by-step gradual construction mode is adopted, on one hand, construction errors of all parts can be compensated in the construction process, the construction smoothness is guaranteed, on the other hand, construction areas among all the steps do not intersect with one another, all the steps can be constructed in an intersecting mode, and the construction efficiency is improved.
