The invention discloses an installation tool and an installation method of an underwater large-scale concrete prefabricated large plank.The installation tool is composed of a hoisting tool, a pulling and closing device and a pushing device, the hoisting tool is composed of a hoisting support and a plurality of hoisting rods, the pulling and closing device uses a plunger pump as a power source to push a piston pull rod of the pulling and closing device to move backwards, and the pushing device pushes the hoisting support to move backwards; the pushing device is used for pushing the piston push rod to move forwards; according to the installation method, before the prefabricated large plate is manufactured, a customized rectangular stainless steel formwork and a customized round box concrete formwork are combined and installed in the prefabricated large plate, a reserved hoisting hole is formed, then the prefabricated large plate is hoisted through a hoisting tool, and the gradient of the prefabricated large plate is adjusted through self-made inverted-T-shaped hoisting rods of different specifications; and after the prefabricated large plates are parked underwater, the detail positions are adjusted through the pulling and closing device and the pushing device, so that rabbets between the prefabricated large plates are effectively connected.
