Adjustable vertical splicing jig frame and using method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of construction of electronic workshops, in particular to an adjustable vertically-spliced jig frame which comprises cross beams, stand columns vertically arranged on the cross beams, an upper connecting cross beam, a lower connecting cross beam and a connecting bracket which are arranged on the stand columns in parallel, and a landing inclined strut arranged at the 1/3 position of each stand column. An elevation positioner is further arranged on the upper connecting cross beam, and a positioning node is arranged between the upper connecting cross beam and the lower connecting cross beam; a positioning screw is arranged between the upper positioning node and the lower positioning node, and a positioning screw sleeve is arranged between the upper section of positioning screw and the lower section of positioning screw. Compared with a traditional horizontal splicing method, the problems that the field site is narrow and the truss is difficult to splice are solved; the vertically-spliced cross beam is divided into the bracket and the detachable cross beam through bolt connection, and the problem that vertically-spliced hooking is inconvenient is solved.
本发明涉及电子厂房的建造技术领域,具体是一种可调节立拼胎架,包括横梁,在横梁上竖直设置立柱,在立柱上设置平行设置上、下两根联系横梁和连接牛腿,在立柱的1/3处设置落地的斜撑;在上部的联系横梁上还设置有标高定位器,在上、下两根联系横梁之间设置定位节点;在上、下的定位节点之间设置定位螺杆,在上下两段定位螺杆之间设置定位螺杆套筒。本发明与传统卧拼方法相比,解决了现场场地狭小,桁架拼装困难的问题;通过螺栓连接将立拼横梁分为牛腿和可拆卸横梁,解决了立拼起钩不方便的问题。
