The invention relates to the technical field of cooling towers, and discloses a cooling tower enclosure structure, a hyperbolic cooling tower and an enclosure structure construction method.The cooling tower enclosure structure comprises a plurality of longitudinal frameworks which are distributed in the circumferential direction of a main body of the cooling tower at intervals, each longitudinal framework comprises a plurality of purlines, and the purlines are distributed in the height direction of the cooling tower at intervals; one ends of the purlin support nodes are connected with the main body, and the other ends of the purlin support nodes are connected with the end parts of two adjacent purlins; and the multiple enclosure plates are arranged on the sides, away from the main body, of the longitudinal frameworks, and each enclosure plate is installed on at least two adjacent purlines. The problems that an enclosure plate mounting structure is complex, and mounting time is long are solved.
