The invention discloses a reinforced recycled red brick aggregate and a preparation method thereof, and mortar and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials, and the method comprises the following steps: calcining the recycled red brick aggregate at 400-600 DEG C, after calcining, carrying out ball milling, sieving, and separating to obtain a first recycled coarse aggregate and a first recycled fine aggregate; soaking the first recycled coarse aggregate in a weak acid solution for 8-10 hours, taking out the first recycled coarse aggregate, sieving the first recycled coarse aggregate, and separating the first recycled coarse aggregate into a second recycled coarse aggregate and a second recycled fine aggregate; soaking the second recycled fine aggregate in a polyethyleneimine solution for 4-6 hours to obtain third recycled fine aggregate and soaking waste liquid; performing precipitation treatment on the soaking waste liquid to obtain supernatant liquid and precipitate, and separating the precipitate to obtain fourth regenerated fine aggregate; and drying the first recycled fine aggregate, the third recycled fine aggregate and the fourth recycled fine aggregate in the air, and sieving to obtain the reinforced recycled red brick aggregate with the particle size of 0.15-4.75 mm. The strength of the recycled red brick aggregate can be improved.
