The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses anti-freezing concrete and a preparation method thereof.The anti-freezing concrete is prepared from, by weight, 190-210 parts of cement; 50 to 70 parts of mineral powder; 25 to 35 parts of fly ash; 55-65 parts of stone powder; 600 to 610 parts of machine-made sand; 270 to 290 parts of river sand; 950 to 1050 parts of broken stone; 8-10 parts of a pumping agent; 20 to 40 parts of modified steel fibers; and 160 to 180 parts of water; and the modified steel fibers are steel fibers with the surfaces coated with polypropylene layers. By adding the modified steel fibers, the effect of improving the frost resistance and compressive strength of the concrete is achieved.
