The invention relates to a demoulding-free calcium silicate board and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The calcium silicate board is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25 to 30 parts of silicon-based micro powder, 50 to 60 parts of calcium-based micro powder, 3.5 to 4 parts of reinforced fibers, 2.8 to 3.6 parts of a reinforced coating agent, 0.15 to 0.2 part of a shape-retaining agent and 0.1 to 0.12 part of a water reducing agent, the reinforced coating agent is prepared by the following steps: carrying out amine ester exchange on diethylenetriamine and ethyl thioglycolate to prepare an amide compound containing a terminal sulfydryl group, carrying out click addition on a silane coupling agent KH570 and the terminal sulfydryl group of the amide compound, introducing a terminal ethyoxyl silane structure for modification, and forming a complexing-coupling-hydration promotion effect in a raw plate blank. The plate shape can be kept stable in the pre-curing process without a mold, the demolding process can be omitted in the production process, the mechanical property of the plate is improved, meanwhile, the density of the plate is improved, and the water-resistant stability of the material is better.
