Demoulding-free shear wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses demoulding-free shear wall and a construction method thereof. The demoulding-free shear wall comprises a hollow concrete block, cast-in-place concrete, transverse reinforcing steel bars and vertical reinforcing steel bars, wherein the hollow concrete block comprises a vertical reinforcing plate, a grooved sidewall and a non-grooved sidewall; a vertical groove is formed in the grooved sidewall; the elevation of the upper surface of the vertical reinforcing plate is less than the elevation of the upper surfaces of the non-grooved sidewall and the grooved sidewall. The construction method for the demoulding-free shear wall comprises the steps of (1) fixing the vertical reinforcing steel bars, positioning the hollow concrete block, and positioning the transverse reinforcing steel bars above the vertical reinforcing plate of the concrete block; (2) building one or more than one concrete block according to step (1), inserting a concrete separating plate into a rectangular groove between a convex rib and the grooved sidewall or sealing the vertical groove with concrete mortar, and pouring concrete into the hollow block to form the demoulding-free shear wall. According to the demoulding-free shear wall, the hollow concrete block is used as an outer template, so that additional template can be saved, the construction speed can be increased, and meanwhile, the construction cost can be saved.
