The invention discloses a pier foundation local scouring protection device adapting to reciprocating flow, which comprises detachable protection walls arranged on two sides of a pier foundation along the forward flow direction, each detachable protection wall comprises a plurality of protection pipe piles, and a protection plate pile is detachably connected between every two adjacent protection pipe piles; the conjoined ring is arranged at the bottom of the pier foundation in a sleeving manner and comprises a plurality of circles of annular structures of which the diameters are sequentially increased from top to bottom; a gravel layer is filled between the conjoined ring and the pier foundation; the air curtain type anti-scour device comprises a plurality of air pipes arranged on the two sides of the pier foundation, and a plurality of air spraying annular channels are arranged on the air pipes in the height direction of the air pipes at intervals; the air spraying annular channel comprises a plurality of air holes formed in the circumferential direction of the air pipe at intervals. The periphery of each air injection annular channel is sleeved with a guide device, each guide device comprises an annular ring rotationally connected with the air pipe, air guide holes are formed in the annular rings, and floating bodies are arranged on the sides, opposite to the air guide holes, of the annular rings. The anti-scouring device can meet the anti-scouring requirement under the reciprocating flow condition, and the scouring protection effect of a long-acting mechanism is achieved.
