The fuel tank support is arranged on the lower middle portion of the ship body. The oil absorption sponge plate and the sponge plate conveying belt are combined, so that the oil stain recovery work can be carried out more quickly. The oil absorption sponge plate can repeatedly absorb oil through extrusion, so that the use efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
