Bridge substructure anti-scour protection device and installation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-scouring protection device for a bridge substructure and a mounting method of the anti-scouring protection device. The device comprises a mounting plate, a protection assembly, a bottom turbulent flow assembly, a reciprocating assembly, a self-adaption assembly and an anti-collision assembly, wherein the bottom turbulent flow assembly is arranged at the end, away from the mounting plate, of the device and used for blocking and buffering downward flowing water; the anti-collision assembly is arranged on the periphery of the protection device in a sleeving mode and used for improving the protection capacity; the protection assembly comprises a second rotating pipe, a rotating box rotationally mounted on the mounting plate through the second rotating pipe, a first rotating pipe, a rotating shaft slidably mounted in the second rotating pipe and a buffer part arranged on the first rotating pipe. The first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe are rotationally matched, and the first rotating pipe and the rotating box are rotationally connected; a plurality of sets of anti-scouring protection devices are arranged around the pier through the mounting plate, the protection performance is improved, all-directional protection on the pier is achieved, and meanwhile, the bottom turbulent flow assembly blocks and buffers submerged flow, so that the local scouring effect is weakened, and impact on the pier is reduced.
本发明公开了一种桥梁下部构造防冲刷防护装置及其安装方法,装置包括安装板、防护组件、远离所述安装板一端设置用于阻挡并缓冲下潜水流的底部扰流组件、往复组件、自适应组件以及套设在防护装置外周用于提高防护能力的防撞组件;所述防护组件包括第二转管、通过所述第二转管转动安装于安装板上的旋转盒、第一转管、滑动安装于所述第二转管内的转轴以及设置于第一转管上的缓冲件;所述第一转管与第二转管之间转动配合,所述第一转管与旋转盒之间转动连接;通过安装板将多套防冲刷防护装置到桥墩周围,提高防护性能,实现对桥墩的全方位保护,同时底部扰流组件,阻挡和缓冲下潜水流,从而削弱局部冲刷作用,减小对桥墩的冲击。
