Excavating device for underground diaphragm wall capable of releasing/preventing deflection of top guide wheel
The present invention provides an excavation device for an underground diaphragm wall capable of releasing/preventing deflection of a tip guide wheel, the excavation device being provided with: track frames, track cross-linking beams, and cross-frame support beams which are each fixedly provided to a pair of left and right track frames in the longitudinal direction of a track, and on which cross-guiding parts are fixedly provided; a transverse frame which is fixedly provided with a transverse sliding part and which freely travels along the transverse frame support beam by means of the sliding of the transverse sliding part on the transverse guide part; one end of the transverse moving hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the transverse moving frame, and the other end of the transverse moving hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the transverse moving frame supporting beam, so that the transverse moving sliding part freely moves along the transverse moving guide part; the swinging hydraulic cylinder comprises a fixed end and a movable rod end, the fixed end is connected with the transverse frame in a swinging manner, and the movable rod end is connected with the vertical column in a swinging manner; upper and lower column frames and an excavating device. The device adopts a three-point swinging structure to effectively relieve or prevent the deflection of the guide wheel at the top end.
本发明提供一种能够解除/防止顶端导轮挠曲的地下连续墙用挖掘装置,具备:履带框架、履带横连结梁、横行框架支承梁,其沿着所述履带的长度方向分别固定设置在左右一对的所述履带框架上,固定设置有横行引导部;横行框架,其固定设置有横行滑动部,借助所述横行滑动部在所述横行引导部上的滑动,沿着所述横行框架支承梁自由走行;横行液压缸,其一端固定在所述横行框架上,另一端固定在所述横行框架支承梁上,使得所述横行滑动部沿着所述横行引导部自由走行;摆动液压缸,其包括固定端和移动杆端,所述固定端与所述横行框架能够摆动地连接,所述移动杆端和所述上下柱能够摆动地连接;上下柱框架以及挖掘装置。本发明的装置采用三点摆动结构来有效解除或防止顶端导轮挠曲。
