Fabricated concrete filled steel tubular column-partially coated steel concrete composite beam frame and assembly method
The invention discloses an assembly type concrete filled steel tubular column-partially coated steel concrete composite beam frame and an assembly method, and belongs to the field of structures. Comprising a prefabricated concrete filled steel tube CFST column, a prefabricated part coated steel concrete combined PEC beam, an upper outer ring plate, a lower outer ring plate, a through web, a flange connecting plate and a web connecting plate. The upper outer ring plate and the lower outer ring plate are welded on the prefabricated CFST column and are welded with the through web plate to form a short box girder connector; and the short box beam connectors are connected with the prefabricated PEC beams through the flange connecting plates and the web connecting plates, so that the fabricated CFST column-PEC beam frame is formed. The invention further discloses an assembling method of the composite beam frame. The structural system combines the respective advantages of the CFST component and the PEC component, all the components can be prefabricated in a factory and then assembled on site, on-site wet operation is reduced, the welding quality problem caused by on-site welding is avoided, the force transmission path is clearer through the web plates, and the shear bearing capacity and the anti-seismic property of the joint are remarkably improved.
一种装配式钢管混凝土柱‑部分包覆钢混凝土组合梁框架及装配方法属于结构领域。包括:预制钢管混凝土CFST柱、预制部分包覆钢混凝土组合PEC梁、上外环板、下外环板、贯通腹板、翼缘连接板和腹板连接板。上外环板和下外环板焊接在预制CFST柱上,并与贯通腹板焊接形成短箱梁连接头;短箱梁连接头通过翼缘连接板和腹板连接板与预制PEC梁连接,形成装配式CFST柱‑PEC梁框架。并公开了该组合梁框架的装配方法。该结构体系结合了CFST构件及PEC构件各自优点,所有构件均能实现工厂预制后现场装配,减少现场湿作业,避免现场焊接产生的焊接质量问题,而且贯通腹板使传力路径更为明确,并显著提升了节点受剪承载力和抗震性能。
