The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel engineering, and discloses a geological forecast-based water disaster treatment method, which comprises the following steps of: performing geological detection on an unfavorable geologic body by using a first detection method to obtain estimated geological data, and obtaining an unfavorable geological paragraph based on the estimated geological data; obtaining a working face of the unfavorable geological section to obtain a construction working face, and detecting the geological state of the construction working face according to a geological detection method obtained from a preset detection method group to obtain rough geological data; the geological state of the construction working face is detected through a second detection method, refined geological features are obtained, and the water disaster level of the unfavorable geological section is predicted based on the rough geological data and the refined geological data; and one or more grouting reinforcement methods in a preset grouting reinforcement method group are selected for grouting reinforcement based on the water disaster level. The invention further provides a water disaster treatment device and equipment based on geological forecast and a storage medium. The safety of tunnel construction can be improved.
