Cast pipe fan-shaped package composite lining with heat preservation layer and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a cast pipe fan-shaped ladle composite lining with a heat preservation layer and a manufacturing method of the cast pipe fan-shaped ladle composite lining, and belongs to the technical field of centrifugal casting. The composite lining sequentially comprises the heat preservation layer, a pouring layer, a refractory brick layer and a coating layer from outside to inside; the total thickness of the composite lining is 70-115 mm, the thickness of the heat preservation layer is 5-10 mm, the thickness of the pouring layer is 20-50 mm higher than that of the heat preservation layer, the thickness of the refractory brick layer is 20-40 mm, and the thickness of the coating layer is 2-5 mm. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing materials; a heat preservation layer is attached to the inner surface of the fan-shaped bag shell; a pouring layer is poured outside the heat preservation layer through a formwork pouring and vibrating technology; a refractory brick layer is built outside the pouring layer; performing baking; and spraying a coating layer on the baked refractory brick layer. According to the designed fan-shaped ladle composite lining, heat dissipation of molten iron is effectively reduced, the production stability is improved, the fan-shaped ladle building difficulty and cost are reduced, and the fan-shaped ladle composite lining is suitable for being widely applied and popularized in various casting ladles.
本发明公开了一种带保温层的铸管扇形包复合内衬及其制造方法,属于离心铸造技术领域,所述复合内衬复合内衬由外到内,依次包括保温层、浇注层、耐火砖层和涂料层;所述复合内衬总厚度为70‑115mm,其中,保温层厚度为5‑10mm,浇注层厚度高于保温层厚度20‑50mm,耐火砖层厚度为20‑40mm,涂料层厚度为2‑5mm;所述制造方法包括准备材料;在扇形包包壳内表面贴保温层;在保温层外采取支模浇注振捣工艺浇注浇注层;在浇注层外砌筑耐火砖层;烘烤;在烘烤后的耐火砖层上喷涂涂料层。本发明设计的扇形包复合内衬,有效降低铁水散热,提高生产稳定性,降低扇形包修砌难度和成本,适用于在各种浇包中广泛推广应用。
