The invention discloses a composite heat-preservation furnace lining and a manufacturing method. The composite heat-preservation furnace sequentially comprises a refractory layer and a double-layer stainless steel metal shell from inside to outside. The refractory layer is fixedly connected with the double-layer stainless steel metal shell through anchoring nails. The refractory layer comprises, by mass, 60%-80% of alumina hollow balls, 5%-20% of fused alumina micropowder, 1%-4% of mullite micropowder, 2%-6% of Rho aluminum oxide powder and 2%-10% of binding agent. The composite heat-preservation furnace lining has the characteristics of being good in acid and alkali resistance and thermal shock resistance, high in fire resistance, high in structural strength, good in heat preservation performance and the like; meanwhile, the lining with the refractory layer can be prevented from falling through an anchoring way and a self-sintering way, the service life is long, and the composite heat-preservation furnace lining and the manufacturing method can be widely applied to the fields such as civil cooking, heating furnaces and industrial furnaces.
