Calcium sulfate whisker composite POM fiber reinforced geopolymer mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses calcium sulfate whisker composite POM fiber reinforced geopolymer mortar which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of a cementing material: 90% of metakaolin, 10% of silica fume, 585 g of an alkaline activator, calcium sulfate whiskers, POM fibers and 1350 g of Chinese IOS standard sand. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the mortar. The silica fume-metakaolin geopolymer is prepared from the calcium sulfate whiskers and the POM fibers, so that the impermeability, the crack resistance and the strength of the mortar are guaranteed, and the mortar has lower energy consumption and carbon emission and conforms to the environmental protection trend of the current building material industry. Meanwhile, by using the materials, the cost can be reduced, and the economical efficiency is improved.
