The invention relates to a whisker toughened and reinforced geopolymer which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a silicon-aluminum raw material, 35-80 partsof an excitant, 1-9 parts of whiskers and 0.03-0.3 part of a dispersing agent, wherein the excitant is a mixture of sodium hydroxide and water glass with the modulus of 3.0-3.5 in a weight ratio of 1:4-1: 5. According to the preparation method, the geopolymer is modified by adopting the whiskers; after the whiskers are added, harmful holes of the geopolymer can be effectively filled; according tothe present invention, the polymer network structure is filled with the filler, the bridging effect is provided, the material interface is increased so as to improve the surface energy of the matrix,effectively prevent the generation and the expansion of cracks, and improve the mechanical property of the geopolymer, the geopolymer has characteristics of improved strength, high strength, good toughness, good high temperature resistance, and high product added value. The geopolymer disclosed by the invention is rich in main raw material source and low in cost, can realize effective utilizationof industrial solid wastes, and has good economic benefits and environmental protection benefits.
本发明涉及一种晶须增韧增强地聚合物,由以下重量份原料制备而成:硅铝质原料100份,激发剂35‑80份,晶须1‑9份,分散剂0.03‑0.3份;激发剂为氢氧化钠和模数为3.0‑3.5的水玻璃重量比为1:4~1:5的混合物。本发明采用晶须对地聚合物进行改性,晶须加入后能够有效地填充地聚合物的有害孔,充填在聚合物网状结构中,并起到桥接作用,且材料界面增加从而提高基体的表面能,有效阻止了裂纹的产生与扩展,提高地聚合物的力学性能,使得地聚合物强度提高,强度高、韧性好、耐高温性能好,产品附加值高。本发明的地聚合物主体原料来源丰富、成本低廉,实现对工业固废的有效利用,具有良好的经济效益和环保效益。
