The invention discloses lightweight composite concrete and a preparation process thereof. The lightweight composite concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50%-65% of cement, 4%-8% of silica fume, 4%-10% of fly ash, 4%-8% of slag, 8%-10% of an expanding agent, 4%-10% of coarse aggregate, 2%-8% of fine aggregate and 0.5%-1% of a high-efficiency water reducing agent, and the water consumption of one part of the raw materials is 150-170L. According to the light-weight composite concrete and the preparation process thereof, the water reducing agent is selected, during preparation, large fluidity can be achieved, fluidity loss is almost avoided, and when the concrete doped with silica fume is used, the bonding degree, compressive strength and breaking strength are obviously improved, and the light-weight composite concrete is suitable for being used in a large scale. Meanwhile, during preparation, the cost is low, the efficiency is high, the requirement that a reinforcing project needs to be demoulded as soon as possible to be put into use can be met, the concrete is more beneficial to being used in a structure reinforcing project, and the ideal reinforcing effect can be achieved.
