The production process comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a blank: preparing clay and ore for ceramic preparation into fine blank mud for later use; s2, blank making and forming; S3, glazing: preparing glaze, wherein the matching amount of traditional green colored glaze is 16.05% of minium, 5.60% of copper oxide, 18.80% of stone powder, 2.08% of cinnabar, 11.23% of frit, 8.20% of limestone powder, 12.40% of glaze ash, 11.70% of lactalite, 8.60% of silicon dioxide and 5.34% of boric acid; the glazing method comprises the following steps: before glazing, applying inner glaze to the repaired green body, and then glazing the outer surface of the green body; drying: after glazing is finished, drying the device blank in the sun by utilizing sunlight; s4, firing: performing hierarchical transformation control on the temperature order, the temperature and the time of the kiln.
