The invention provides high-entropy eutectic ceramic as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of Al2O3-based eutectic ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: doping ZrO2 into Al2O3-based structural ceramic as a toughening phase, and carrying out high-entropy treatment on the Al2O3-based ceramic to obtain a prefabricated part; and then carrying out directional solidification on the prefabricated part in a light suspension zone melting furnace to obtain the Al2O3/(5Re < 0.2 >) AG/ZrO2 high-entropy eutectic ceramic. The Al2O3/(5Re < 0.2 >) AG/ZrO2 high-entropy eutectic ceramic prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has relatively high fracture toughness and high-temperature strength.
本发明提供了一种高熵共晶陶瓷及其制备方法和应用,涉及Al2O3基共晶陶瓷技术领域。本发明在Al2O3基结构陶瓷中,掺入ZrO2作为增韧相,并对Al2O3基陶瓷进行高熵处理,得到预制件;然后将所述预制件在光悬浮区熔炉中进行定向凝固,得到Al2O3/(5Re0.2)AG/ZrO2高熵共晶陶瓷。本发明制备的Al2O3/(5Re0.2)AG/ZrO2高熵共晶陶瓷具有较高的断裂韧性和高温强度。
