High-fluidity oxide eutectic high-entropy ceramic powder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-fluidity oxide eutectic high-entropy ceramic powder and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of ceramic materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing single-phase high-entropy rare earth aluminate ceramic powder of multi-principal element solid solution; (2) preparing an oxide eutectic high-entropy ceramic sample piece; and (3) preparing the oxide eutectic high-entropy ceramic powder. By successfully preparing the oxide eutectic high-entropy ceramic powder and utilizing the excellent fluidity of the prepared oxide eutectic high-entropy ceramic powder, when the oxide eutectic high-entropy ceramic powder is used as a raw material of a laser additive manufacturing technology, the oxide eutectic high-entropy ceramic powder does not agglomerate and keeps relatively high fluidity, so that the uniformity and stability of a material sprayed by a laser nozzle are ensured; and smooth proceeding of laser additive manufacturing processing is ensured.
