The invention relates to the field of reactors and the technical field of material preparation and processing, in particular to a preparation method of dysprosium titanate conforming to stoichiometric ratio, which comprises the following steps: weighing and mixing raw materials; tabletting is performed; sintering at high temperature; crushing and sintering; tabletting is performed; and secondary sintering. A dysprosium titanate ceramic sample is prepared by a high-temperature solid-phase method, Dy2O3 powder and TiO2 powder according with the stoichiometric ratio of 1: 1 are used, the neutron absorption performance is improved, the sample density is 6.393-6.833 g/cm < 3 > measured by an Archimedes drainage method, the density is 97% or above, and the main crystalline phase is a cubic phase; absolute ethyl alcohol is adopted as a ball milling medium, so that reactant powder can be mixed more uniformly under the same ball milling parameters; and a segmented sintering mode is adopted, a crystal phase is promoted to be converted into a stable cubic phase in time, and annealing performance is good.
本发明涉及反应堆领域和材料制备加工技术领域,特别涉及一种符合化学计量比的钛酸镝的制备方法,包括以下步骤:称取原料并混合;压片;高温烧结;破碎并烧结;压片;二次烧结。本发明用高温固相法制备钛酸镝陶瓷样品,使用符合化学计量比的1:1的Dy2O3粉体和TiO2粉体,提高了中子吸收性能,样品密度经阿基米德排水法测量为6.393‑6.833g/cm3,致密度均在97%以上,主要晶相为立方相;采用无水乙醇作为球磨介质,有助于反应物粉末在相同球磨参数下混合更加均匀;采用分段烧结模式,促进晶相及时转变为稳定立方相,退火表现良好。
