High-thermal-conductivity wear-resistant composite material for circulating fluidized bed boiler and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of refractory materials, in particular to a high-thermal-conductivity wear-resistant composite material for a circulating fluidized bed boiler and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, protecting a phenolic hydroxyl group in eugenol, and reacting the eugenol with methyl dichlorosilane through a silicon-hydrogen bond addition reaction to obtain benzene-containing dichlorosilane; the preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out polymerization reaction on benzene-containing dichlorosilane and methyl phenyl dimethoxy silane to obtain a phenol-containing siloxane polymer; reacting the phenol-containing siloxane polymer with epoxy chloropropane to obtain an epoxy siloxane polymer; the preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying phenolic resin by using an epoxy siloxane polymer to obtain organic silicon modified phenolic resin, mixing silicon carbide, corundum powder, molybdenum disilicide and crystalline flake graphite, adding the organic silicon modified phenolic resin and a curing agent hexamethylenetetramine, and carrying out cold isostatic pressing to obtain a blank; and drying and sintering the blank body to obtain the high-thermal-conductivity wear-resistant composite material.
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,具体为一种循环流化床锅炉用高导热耐磨复合材料及其制备方法。本发明先对丁香酚中的酚羟基进行保护,通过硅氢键加成反应将丁香酚与甲基二氯硅烷反应,得到含苯二氯硅烷;将含苯二氯硅烷与甲基苯基二甲氧基硅烷进行聚合反应,得到含苯酚硅氧烷聚合物;再将含苯酚硅氧烷聚合物与环氧氯丙烷反应,得到环氧基硅氧烷聚合物;使用环氧基硅氧烷聚合物对酚醛树脂进行改性,得到有机硅改性酚醛树脂,将碳化硅、刚玉粉、二硅化钼、鳞片石墨混合,加入有机硅改性酚醛树脂和固化剂六亚甲基四胺,冷等静压成型得到胚体;将胚体干燥、烧结得到高导热耐磨复合材料。
