Prefabricated assembled bridge expansion joint device and preservation construction method thereof
The invention discloses a preservation construction method for a polyurethane composite material composite structure prefabricated assembled bridge expansion joint, and relates to a bridge seamless expansion joint structure which comprises polyurethane inner filler and an assembly type polyurethane seamless expansion device. The bridge assembly type polyurethane seamless telescopic device comprises a telescopic framework, polyurethane prefabricated pouring and reliable connection between the telescopic device and a beam plate. The method mainly comprises two processes of prefabrication processing and field installation, and comprises the following steps: welding and positioning an angle steel assembly; comb tooth steel plates are machined, spliced and fixed; mounting a horizontal displacement control rod; mounting a template; pouring a polyurethane mixture; trimming a beam end area; welding an elevation control frame; splicing the telescopic device; pouring fiber concrete; and the wear-resistant layer is constructed and fully fused with the polyurethane reserved holes to form a mortise and tenon joint structure, and seamless connection is formed between the wear-resistant layer and the pavements on the two sides.
