The split prefabricated cover beam comprises two or more prefabricated split pieces evenly distributed in the longitudinal bridge direction. All the prefabricated fragments are arranged on more than two shared bridge piers in parallel at intervals, a plurality of cast-in-place support lower padstones are arranged on the prefabricated fragments in the transverse bridge direction, and the prefabricated fragments are fixedly connected through the plurality of support lower padstones; each support lower padstone is of a cast-in-place structure, and an internal steel bar structure comprises a plurality of perforated steel plates arranged in the transverse bridge direction and a plurality of perforated steel bars arranged in the longitudinal bridge direction. During construction, the prefabricated fragments are manufactured firstly, then the prefabricated fragments are arranged in place on the pier, then the perforated steel plates are sequentially arranged on the prefabricated fragments, the perforated steel bars are arranged in a penetrating mode, other constructional steel bars of the lower cushion stone of the support are bound, and finally concrete is poured to connect all the prefabricated fragments into a whole.
