The invention discloses a construction method of a goaf pile foundation based on BIM. The construction method comprises the following steps that a goaf is measured; designing a concrete pouring area of the goaf; splitting a concrete pouring area of the goaf; measuring and setting out; construction of the prefabricated pipe pile is conducted; the guide pipe is connected with the pouring bag, and the pouring bag is placed into the goaf through the prefabricated pipe pile; concrete is gradually poured into the pouring bags through the guide pipes until concrete piers are formed in the goaf; pulling out the catheter; a reinforcement cage is arranged in the prefabricated pipe pile, concrete is poured in the prefabricated pipe pile, and the concrete in the prefabricated pipe pile and the concrete pier in the goaf form an overall stress structure. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the concrete injected into the goaf is limited through the pouring bag, the use amount of the concrete can be controlled, the input of the concrete is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced; successive pouring is carried out in the pouring bag, and therefore the buttress with the small upper portion and the large lower portion can be formed, good supporting of the pile foundation is guaranteed, and the overall stress effect of the pile foundation is guaranteed.
